LGS People Engine
Privacy notice
Who is responsible
Langwieder Global Solutions (LGS), Dubai, runs the People Engine. Each workspace (the employer) decides which people and training records it enters and who on its team gets access, and is responsible for telling its own staff.
What is collected about you
If you have a sign in: your email, your name, your password (kept scrambled, nobody can read it), your authenticator set up, the workspaces and role you have, when you sign in and how long you use the app, the pages you open, your device type, and a log of what you change (for example a training record). Nothing is collected from visitors who do not sign in.
If you are on file as an employee
Your employer may enter your employee ID, name, work email, job title, level, team, country, city, languages, start and end date, the reason you left, and the courses you finished with the date and score. People on file do not sign in. Only that workspace's team and the LGS team can see the records. No salary, health or ID document data is held. The Growth Engine gets figures only (attrition and eNPS), never a name or an employee ID, over a signed link LGS can switch off.
Why
To give you access, keep the app secure, show the workspace who changed what, track who finished which required course, and tell LGS which parts of the app are used. Nothing is sold, nothing is used for marketing, and no AI reads your data or the people records.
Where it is kept
In the European Union, Frankfurt (database and servers), encrypted when stored and when sent.
How long
Your sign in and usage are kept while you have access. When a workspace leaves, LGS deletes it and every record in it. You can ask for your own data to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the EU GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or get a copy of it, at any time. Write to solutions@langwieder-global.com. You can change your name and password yourself under My account. Deleting removes your sign in, name, access and usage everywhere in the app; as a person on file your name, email, employee ID, job title, city and languages are removed, and only the figures stay (level, team, country, dates, training dates) so headcount and attrition stay right.
Laws and standards
UAE Personal Data Protection Law and EU GDPR, followed. ISO 27001 information security and ISO 22301 business continuity practice, used as guides: LGS is not certified to either.
